The 2011 bike course will be posted as soon as it has been approved. We will not have information any sooner than when we post it on the website. The distance will be between 10 and 13 miles and should be mostly flat. It may not be a 3-loop course but may be 2 laps.

Packet Pick-up will be on Saturday, July 23, 2011 in Riverstone (Coeur d Alene). You must pick up your packet and provide ID. 2011 Race the River will be a USAT sanctioned race that will REQUIRE EVERYONE including team members to show picture ID at packet pickup.

We have included a portion of the Active.com processing fee in your entry fee and we are paying the rest to help keep fees down, especially with the USAT one-day license many of you will have to purchase. You will not see a processing fee at the end of your registration for your entry. However, if you are not an annual USAT member, you will have to pay $10 for a one-day license and there is a $0.68 processing for that.

If you are a USAT member in 2011, you will be required to show your membership card and ID at packet pickup.

If you are not a USAT annual member, you will pre pay your one-day license when you register. You will then complete your form at packet pickup and show picture ID.

You CANNOT RACE without either an annual or one-day license.

For more information on USAT membership go to: www.usatriathlon.org

Please note new for 2011, we will award the top 5 finishers in each individual category and the top 3 teams with medals.

Shirts will be UNISEX technical tees in an effort to minimize the inconsistent sizing the women’s specific cuts have been in the past. We will suggest sizing up 1 size for anyone in between sizes.

Individual Entry:                    $75.00 (processing fees are included)
Fees increase to $80 after May 1st 2011

Relay Team:                          $150.00 (processing fees are included)

In the case of a 2 member team, the age of the member completing 2 legs will be counted twice.
