Packet Pick-up will be on Saturday, July 27, 2013 in Riverstone (Coeur d Alene). You must pick up your packet and provide ID. Race the River is a USAT sanctioned race that will REQUIRE EVERYONE including team members to show picture ID at packet pickup. There will be an early packet pickup on Friday, July 26 for those who cannot come to the Saturday session. Exact times and location TBA.
If you are a USAT license holder in 2013, you will be asked for your license number during registration and be required to show your license and ID at packet pickup.
If you are not a USAT license holder, you will pre pay your one-day license when you register. You will then complete your form at packet pickup and show picture ID.
The one-day USAT license is for adults (18yrs and over) $12. Youth (17yrs and under) require an annual USAT license for $15.00. The youth USAT license is valid for all USAT sanctioned races in 2013.
There will not be a processing fee for your registration on Active.com, however, if you are not an annual USAT license holder, you will have to pay $12 for a one-day license/ $15.00 youth annual and there is a small processing fee for that.
You CANNOT RACE without either an annual or one-day license. An USAT annual license is $45.00 for adults so if you plan on racing more than three USAT sanctioned races in 2013, an annual license is cost effective. For example, locally, Race the River Triathlon, Coeur d’Alene Triathlon, Hayden Triathlon, Ironman Coeur d’Alene, Troika and the Spokane Triathlon are all USAT sanctioned races. For more information on USAT membership go to: www.usatriathlon.org
We will award the top 5 finishers in each individual category and the top 3 teams with medals.

Team Divisions are: Female, Male and Mixed. The top 3 teams in each division will receive an award. We have eliminated combined ages categories because history shows there are often only one or two teams in several categories.
